These terms govern the Mary's Kitchen text-messaging program. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Mary's Kitchen and to these terms.

Program description
If you opt in, we send recurring automated text messages: an announcement of the coming day's home-cooked dinner (reply to reserve it) and confirmations and updates about your orders and deliveries. Mary's Kitchen delivers home-cooked family dinners in the Hemet, San Jacinto, and Valle Vista, California area.
How to opt in
At checkout on our order page, choose the "Text me" option and check the consent box (unchecked by default). Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies — typically a few messages per week.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Mary's Kitchen does not charge for the text messages themselves.

To get help: reply HELP to any message, or contact us through maryskitchencatering.com. We'll respond with support information.

To opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You'll receive one confirmation that you've been unsubscribed, and we'll send no further messages unless you opt back in. Reply START to resubscribe.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
